No Regrets

"I can't believe that we would lie in our graves
Wondering if we had spent our living days well

I can't believe that we would lie in our graves
Wondering what might have been"

These lines are from the king himself, Dave Matthews. It pretty much sums it all up. Sometimes when I run, I get revelations about my life. We get one shot. To be the best that we can be. For God. We have to live him, breathe him and preach him. Because when we do, our reward will be more than we can fathom....life with him for eternity.......ETERNITY.

Life is meant to be lived all out. 110%. Till the whistle blows. No regrets. All for Him.

"I gave up all that inferior stuff so I could know Christ personally, experience his resurrected power, be a partner in his suffering, and go all the way with him to death itself." - Philippines 3:10 (The Message)

Totally agree, if you don't live your life to the fullest when you can, you will have regrets your entire life, becuase you could have done something incredible, but you also have to remember that if you were meant to do something incredible you will, but incredible things don't just happen you have to want it and you have to chase your dreams.

This is so true.

It torments me to think that I wouldn't want to die due to a life half-lived. We have to stay with it, we have one chance and one chance only, thanks Katherine!!!!!

i like this because its something i have to work at constantly, never looking back, how i could have changed something. it will waste your life away, and before you know it you're out of time to make something of your life because you were too busy looking back

awesome stuff

Wow. That is so deep. Even when I read it, it gives me goosbumps. It also makes you think of what you really are living for. Or if you're a good christian. And then you start to wonder "What is a good Cristian?" And you think about your personal relationship with god and it all builds up. Wonderful.

no regrets.
that's a hard thing to do.
but what you've written is so true, we can't live our life scared and alone, we have to dive in and make the best of it. After all, we only get one shot.

sometimes we all feel like our lives are dried up, like we just want to take a break. But we can't. We shouldn't. God bought us at a price and we need to honor him with the time he's given to us!

haha, this is ironic. This connects directly with the fact that, in running (or any other sporting race), we should never look back to see how far behind our opponent is. The same is true in life, we shouldn't ever look back. Keep our eyes focused on what lies ahead

Taking risks and making mistakes is how we learn who we are and what we are meant to do, if you try to live your life perfectly you will miss out on all of the fun of making a complete fool of yourself and then standing back up and making everyone around you belive that it's exactly what you meant to do.
